Orders are typically fulfilled within 3-10 business days then shipped. High volume during peak seasons, i.e. Christmas and Mothers Day, may delay processing and postage times by a couple of days. You will receive an email notification from TGEAC when your order has shipped which will include tracking information. We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 and shipping rates vary on all other orders. We use USPS Priority to ship orders. Please Note: Once your package ships, it is the responsibility of the courier (UPS, USPS, FEDEX, GLOBAL EXPRESS) to ensure that your package arrives to you. In the event that you have contacted the courier and they have been unable to locate your package, please reach out to us at thegraciousearth1@gmail.com and we will do what we can to get you taken care of.
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders Perishable products (like food or drinks) Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) Digital downloads We will exchange unopened merchandise within 3 business days of delivery.
